2.1 Productivity Improvement

2.3 Process Standization
2.4 Organization and Human Resource Development
2.5 Change Management
2.6 Strategy and Planning
3. Having 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or management fields will be advantage
4. Good command of English (TOEIC score 700 , or TOFEL score 480) and computer literacy
5. Able to communicate in Japanese Language is advantage
6. Good analytical and problem solving skill
7. Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
8. Positive Thinking , self-motivated , mature and self-confident
9. Able to work well under pressure and flexible in working time
10. Able to travel domestic and abroad |
